5. Make-to-Order Products

Many of our products are prepared on a make-to-order basis.

Therefore, processing and dispatch may take approximately 8–15 days, followed by an estimated 5–10 days for delivery after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Payment

We may accept online payments through available payment service providers such as Razorpay and PayU, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

For COD orders, we may contact the customer through phone or WhatsApp for order confirmation.

An order may be kept on hold or cancelled if required confirmation is not received.

7. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible only before the order reaches a stage where processing or preparation has commenced.

Because many products are made to order, cancellation may not be possible after processing or preparation has started.

Any eligible refund resulting from an approved cancellation will be handled according to the applicable refund process.

8. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping, return, refund and exchange matters are governed by our respective policies published on this website.

By placing an order, you agree to comply with the applicable requirements, including providing accurate delivery information and following the required return/exchange procedure.

Any delay, failed delivery, RTO or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

All original content created or owned by WE WILL FASHION, including our brand name, logos, website content, product descriptions, graphics, photographs and other original materials, may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without appropriate authorization.
